Doctor Wu did a gum reduction, tooth extraction, and implant. I found him and his staff to be very professional and caring. He explained exactly what he was going to do and then went on to explain each step during each procedure. Very kind and comforting.

I went to se Dr. Wu at the recommendation of my regular dentist as my gums had been receding for a while and need to be taken care of. Dr. Wu explained the procedure that needed to be done. He was thorough and forthcoming. He said that the aesthetics wouldn't be 100% which I appreciated knowing beforehand. I'm a trained histotech (Histological Technician - I work with tissue specimens in the medical laboratory.), and so he let me watch the tissue grafting procedure with a mirror. I wouldn't recommend that for everyone as I'm used to dealing with surgical stuff along with body parts. If you're squeamish, you'll probably want to forgo it, but I appreciated the opportunity to see what was going on. I needed a little more novocaine toward the last part of the procedure which he gave me with no problem. He explained what I could and should expect along with making sure I knew not to eat foods (such as corn-on-the-cob and whole apples) which could traumatize the grafting. I had a concern a week after the procedure, and he saw me right away and said everything looked as it should. I've had some follow-up questions that he answered forthrightly as well. Overall, I'm very happy and satisfied with my treatment from Dr. Wu.
