I certainly wish I had read the reviews prior to my visit. From the very start the gentleman was not professional or friendly whatsoever. The only time I was spoken to was when he was barking orders. I clearly showed and the colors that I wanted from the samples. As he was doing them I stated that the colors didn't seem to match what I had picked out. He chose not to respond and shrug off my concern. Once completed, I went and got the samples to compare and sure enough there was a substantial difference. I requested to speak with the manager and voiced my concern. Her response was that she didn't know why the colors look so different and seemed like she wasn't concerned at all. My only reason for choosing the store but simply because of convenience. That was a terrible choice and the worst 44 that I can recall spending. Now as a result I've got to go spend money to get them fixed.
I went and paid 40 for gel acrylics. The shape is awful. I wanted square and instead, I have mismatched shapes. They sit crooked on my actual nail. The length I asked for and the length they gave me was a dramatic difference. My pinky nail is significantly longer than the rest of my nails. It looks very disproportionate. I HAVEN’T HAD THEM A WEEK AND THEY ARE ALREADY POPPING OFF. I WOULD NOT recommend going here. Absolutely terrible.
I was hesitant to try this place because of the bad reviews but it's a clean place and the older man who did my fill in was great. The other women in the salon who came in after me interacted with the employees like regulars so it let me know they were legit. Their English was clear too in case anyone is worried about that. The color selection was okay but I didn't look at the gel options. The prices are reasonable also. I'll definitely be going back. Hope this helps someone!
I didnt catch the young lady's name but she was such a sweet heart and did my nails BEAUTIFULLY ! This was the first time i went there and ill definitely be back!
Great place. They take walk-ins. Haven't had any issues and they do a good manicure. Plenty of safety precautions. They are using Gel polish only, at this time, but it's my favorite. I've got a young man twice and he's great. They don't provide much conversation but it's fine.
My friend had posted a review about her eyebrows and how when she was getting them done HE TOOK OFF SOME OF HER SKIN, WHICH HAS BEEN DELETED AND/OR BLOCKED MULTIPLE TIMES. When she called to confront him about it he said that he did her eyebrows very carefully and that he took his time doing it, but i was watching him do her eyebrows and he was rushing and didnt bother to hold her skin when ripping the wax off. He DID NOT APOLOGIZE for this, but instead had his wife apologize for him. She has gotten her eyebrows done at least three times here before, but this WILL BE the last time we both go. the guy who did her eyebrows was the older man, KEVIN. if you go DO NOT GET ANYTHING DONE FROM HIM.
