Gave contact info to firm online and quickly received a call back. Initial info taken and told attorney would contact me. An attorney called but I missed the call and a voicemail message was to call the firm, which I did within 7 minutes of the voice mail message. Left all contact info with support staff to have attorney call me. Never happened!!! If not interested you'd think at least should have said so. Somebody at the firm dropped the ball. If they lose phone messages, what important calls might they be missing?
