The registration lady is very rude and does not inform you ahead of time that a service is not covered until after. I do not recommend this office and honestly i never complain about anything.

Dr. Blum is a great guy, very friendly and funny too...his assistants are just as friendly and helpful. Most importantly, his care is outstanding. I've already had four crowns and a couple fillings with no problems afterward whatsoever. _

Like most of us, I dreaded going to the dentist. The sounds and sights of their office are enough to make anyone cringe, but I was pleasantly surprised when I started attending Dr. Michael A. Blum's office. Thanks to the professional and compassionate care of Dr. Blum, the pearly white smile on my face is always showing. Now when I go to the dentist I no longer have the same anxiety and discomfort. From the kind and friendly staff to the actual services they provide, I leave the office satisfied and with a piece of mind knowing I am in good hands. I highly recommend Dr. Blum to anyone looking for a new dentist. He get's the job done right.
I have been going to Dr. Blum's office for years, practically since I was a little kid. I can't imagine entrusting the care of my teeth to any other dentist. He is really great at what he does, and he has a wonderful way with children. I know without a doubt that he is the one I will take my own children to for their oral check ups. He's seen me through a mouth full of metal braces and well beyond. I use him for many services including teeth whitening treatments, which take it from a smoker, really do make a difference. I would gladly give Dr. Blum's name and number to anyone looking for a cosmetic dentist in the Fairlawn or Akron area.
