They have nice things, if you're looking for something specific. Most things were over priced, but had a decent sale. Employees asked if I needed help but didn't seem too excited to be there.

I had a several custom items that needed engraved for a quick turnaround for an upcoming wedding. The staff was extremely helpful with everyone of my issues and couldn't have been more gracious in their service. This staff was top notch!

We had an issue with an ornament I ordered and it was handled very well (as well as they were able). Was pretty happy with the end result and the certificates I received to make up for it. We're pretty frequent customers. Went back to use the certificates and was treated like dirt. They acted like I was some horrible disgruntled customer and they didn't really want to help me (I never once yelled or used a tone with them when we had an issue with the ornament, I really just let them handle the situation and I certainly wasn't rude when I went back in to order other items). I was so angry with the tone in the voice of the woman helping me that I almost left without ordering the two globes I came for. Up until this holiday, my experience at this location had been fantastic. Now, we'll be using another location, if any at all. Tabitha is the one that gave me the attitude and was super rude. Pretty sure she's even management (not the one that handled the issue before though). Briight side, the globes came out beautifully. But the treatment of the customer is just as important as the product. Very upset with this location.

Went in to see what they had ( one of my co-workers formerly worked at the mall & was talking about her jewelry box she loved from there ) ... the employee working was extremely informative about their sales ( that are pretty much going on all year round ) and told me about how the store can engrave/personalize basically EVERYTHING FOR FREE!!! I didn't purchase anything this time but will definitely be in the future. She also told me about their reward card program... initially 5 to join (for a year), spend 50 : get a 5 check. You also get special coupons for being a member. New products around September for Christmas. Looking forward to shopping here!!!
