Very sad to say - because usually my experience is great! Morning of Christmas Eve - I needed a couple of last-minute gifts & was looking for some assistance. The young lady at the register had a horrible attitude & was flat-out rude when I tried to inquire for some help. I am “not one“ to even write reviews unless they are positive. Needless to say: you never know what people are going through & Christmas Eve is [probably] the most important holiday that your customer service should be genuine & upbeat. Please be more cognizant to the type of individual you staff when dealing with the public.
