Walked into Vollbracht with my long Mink Fox Trimmed fur coat that was way to big on me. Mark was able to re-construct my full length coat and make it a finger length jacket. With the remaining mink fur, he made me two beautiful throw pillows for my leather couch that turned out awesome. I would give Mark and Vollbracht Furs a ten star star rating if possible. Love this store. We have purchased several jackets both women’s and men’s over the years and every experience has been wonderful. The owner is very experienced and will help you in every way to get exactly what you want and ensures a perfect fit. They will even store the Fur jackets in a climate controlled environment over the summer. You can’t go wrong here, the selections they have are of the best quality for the money In the states.

My husband and I have been extremely pleased with the personal, professional and highly competent service we have received from Mark at Vollbracht's. He patiently met with us and helped us evaluate weather to reconstruct my 30 year old full length mink coat or purchase a new fur. He never pressured us in anyway, always helping to lay out the pros and cons and painstakingly give us all of our options. Ultimately we decided to have Mark reconstruct and customize my existing coat. He has literally transformed my fur, updated the style and given it new life. Over the years we have bought a number of fur coats, vests, and jackets from Vollbracht Furs. The prices are excellent, the quality unquestionably high end, and their storage, cleaning, and repair services fast, friendly, and done correctly. They point out areas of wear and parts of the pieces which need to be refurbished or protected when we bring our items in for cleaning and storage every spring. We would not go elsewhere for furs or for service on them.
