Great school and great fun. It started off with my oldest son and I going now our while family trains and we're in the best shape of our lives! The instructors are very knowledgeable and bring much needed discipline to the kids.

Amazing place and instructors. Wish I had started my son a long time ago. They are so patient and every person gets personal time. Every class is a joy, something new or polishing up a move. My son has a new sense of reassurance and confidence about himself.

Excellent school. The staff are friendly and have helped my daughter learn and show respect for others. I like that they have multiple locations. Most of the instructors rotate the different locations which provides a variety of instruction styles.

Very nice place. The grandmaster along with his assistant instructors are great teachers. They are good with disciplining and helping them with memory.

Probably the best choice I have ever made in my life! Actually got started when my neice wanted to practice and as well as join cardio kick boxing but wouldn't do it without me. Now we have been practicing both for over two years! Not only are the masters the most wonderful at teaching us the best techniques, they all have YEARS of experience. They make each one of us feel very important, are patient yet firm and the motivation that comes from being there is unheard of! I definitely recommend any family join for health, wellness and self defense!
