Buyer Beware!! It has been 131 days since closing and I am still waiting for my starter yard. Does not following through with any "promises" they tell you. They have a great sales pitch up front but as soon as you close you will be dropped to the bottom of the priority list. There is at least 6 houses (that closed in Dec 2020/Jan2021) that is still waiting for their starter yard and/or driveway. DRB rarely responds when asked and if you catch them out and ask them they will just tell you a lie or give you a non answer. They can't seem to get anybody to finish tasks to houses they have sold but have no problem getting workers here to build new houses. If you decide to buy from DRB DO NOT close unless EVERYTHING is done to your approval. If you let them "promise they will fix after closing" you will be joining the many of us in this community extremely dissatisfied with their dishonesty.
