Would leave zero stars if I could. Was referred to them for a blow in insulation job from a friend who is a contractor. He gave them my contact info to call. Never got a call. After a week, I asked for their number and contacted them. Had numerous phone conversations about the job with promises to return my call the schedule and give estimate. Never got a single return call. Had to keep chasing him with phone calls. In last conversation, said he would come this Tues or Wed depending on weather. Never showed. Never called. Terrible business and customer service.

We scheduled a day to have new gutters installed. I took off work. No one arrived. No one called. After several attempts, I eventually spoke with someone who simply said they couldn’t make it. No reason. No apology. No offer to reschedule. I mentioned that I was scheduled for that day and took off work. I then asked to reschedule. The person said he would call when he could look at his schedule. I never heard from them again. I guess my business is going to someone else.

DO NOT AGREE TO PAY THEM BY THE HOUR FOR INSTALLING CABINETS!!!! They force you to pay hours of travel time which is money out the window and they are so slow. At times one watching another do work. Our friends came in from Florida and actually made the comment to my wife and said, “are they being paid by the hour?” We said yes, as she couldn’t believe what she was watching. One day was one hour travel time, another day was two hours of travel time. It was crazy. Only agree to pay for the job, if they won’t, find someone else who will.. or you will get drained for money. We moved from Atlanta where we have a friend who works for a cabinet install company. He said it should take no more than three days max. They said it would take up to five days however, it ended up being 8 days. All people were really nice. The business side of this needs to be known to new customers so you don’t get taken advantage of in the end. If you want help with a great kitchen design, Debbie there is amazing. They also worked with us at great lengths to fix damaged cabinets etc... it’s the hourly install that ends up tarnishing the whole experience in the end.

I received good customer service and good support for my project. Prices were competitive. All good.
