I recommend this company based on their hard work, good value, and courteous workers. My initial loading started later than planned due to truck issues, but Taylor kept me informed, was responsive to phone calls and gave a discount for the inconvenience. I was hesitant to hire a company for a per hour rate thinking the workers may be slow or take breaks, but these guys work hard non-stop. The other major moving company in town canceled on me 9 days before my move, and this company helped to squeeze me in and cost far less. My only recommendation would be for others to wrap any furniture they’re concerned about scratching as a few of my items have minor scratches from the move (I had a move of 3 hrs away). I recommend not wasting your time on the other companies and calling this one without hesitation.

I would be hesitant to reccomend this moving and packing business to anyone especially since the owner (Taylor Sutphin) was convicted of Larceny and breaking & entering (he broke into our car and stole over 1,000 in valuables and cash). When you're hiring a moving company you give a certain amount of trust because they are coming into your home handling your valuables. How can you trust them in this inatance?
The day of our move they were supposed to arrive and start packing our house at 8:00 am. The closing on our house was at 11:00 am that same morning. They didnt show up till 2:30 that afternoon. When asked why I was told that his motorcycles were stolen and that he was tracking down the thief. The next morning they started out late to NC and didnt arrive until 9:00 pm. Even with a fully loaded truck it could not have taken more than 7hrs. I told him it was too late to unpack the truck that night. and that we would start early the following morning 8 or 9 am. At 9:15 he wasnt here. When I called him to find out where they were he told me they had just gotten up, didnt feel well they must have food poisoning or something, he said. At this point I had had it and told him this was unacceptable. He yelled at me and my wife. He threatened to just drop off the truck and leave. I told him please do I will hire a crew to unload it. He finally showed up and at this point I had 6 guys to help unload the truck. I was glad to have so many friends show up to help, not just for their help but because he had a hundred pound pit bull with him and he was threatening on the phone earlier. These people work on their time even though you are paying by the hour and additional for hotels. I would not recommend them. Lesson learned!!!! ---Richard Norris.
Not sure why so many recent bad reviews they moved me a year ago and it was perfect. On time, hard workers, helpful, and went the extra mile.
Excellent service and fast work. James and Brandon were quick and professional and took great care of all my belongings. 10 out of 10 for speed, service, and quality. I definitely made the right choice.
