I have used this location for years. I have tried a few other nearby CVS locations, and while none of them are perfect, the one on Fairport Rd has been best. Yes, the drive thru has been busier during the pandemic ... To be expected! But they have always been helpful with prescription insurance and changes.

Waited in line at drive thru for over 15 min. Tried to go in to pharmacy, line was 5 people deep..service is terrible. Short staffed
Went to pick up a prescription thru the drive thru. 4 cars were ahead of us. We had to wait approximately 45 minutes in the drive thru lane. This process shouldn't take this long. I won't be using the drive thru again.
Pharmacy is a 10 but front end is a ZERO!!!! They go out and smoke and smell like ash trays. Once my dad said “Wegmans carries this for 1/2 the price “ they said “ well better shop there then”!!!! They are rude and disrespectful. I love everyone in the pharmacy and will continue to go there but get rid of everyone up front!!!!
Great service the pharmacy is very helpful and great customer service.
