New pool owner. We recently moved to a new house with a pool that was serviced by them. I thought we’d use them because they have the history of the pool. I called and spoke with a lady and was asking about pricing. I advised her that I’ve never had a pool before. She was very impatient with me and kept correcting me in a condescending town. I apologized and reminded her that I’ve never owned a pool before so I’m was sorry if I was using the incorrect verbiage. She then pulled the phone away and yelled aloud “Ahhh, I’m getting a migraine!”...she came back on and continued explaining the pricing of opening a pool. I thought she was done and I started asking a question, but apparently she was not. She then yelled in the phone, “my turn!” (Meaning it was her turn to talk). I was so taken aback by this that I just sat there in silence for a moment. She continued on and when she was done talking, I stated that I was all set and would not be using their services and hung up. Incredibly rude and incredibly unprofessional. This is not who you should have answering your phones and representing your company. Will never call again because of this experience. Too much competition out there.

Always super helpful. They never try to oversell you and tell you that you need all this extra stuff. Friendly staff. They know their stuff!
RUDE RUDE RUDE!!! I was helping a client who moved out of state before their home we sold closed by bringing in a water sample to the pool store that they’ve used for years. I called first and explained I was the real estate agent and trying to help clear their pool up before we closed and spoke to a rude older woman who said “they hadn’t been there in forever” but I could bring in a sample anyways. I went in, explained again who I was to one of the men who was at the front counter, nice guy, started testing the water, pulled out their paperwork and saw the owners were actually just there in May. Enter rude older woman: “are you using pool tablets in your skimmer?” The gentleman I was working with told her that I just the real estate agent and I wasn’t sure what they were using, just trying to help out. She laughed at me, rolled her eyes and said well we have questions and so I guess I can assume your answer to everything will just be that you don’t know. It takes a lot to make me upset and actually cry in a store but there I was... isn’t the point of a customer service employee to help solve problems, not belittle a customer for not having the answers? I asked if she was the owner of the store because I couldn’t believe a regular employee would be so rude and still have a job, I asked to speak with the owner of the pool store but was told they don’t give out his number, he wasn’t in and they didn’t know when he would be in.
We've been using them for many years to open, close and service our pool. When they open our pool, our pool and pool area are always spotless. Deck is power washed and pool water is already almost completely clear, if not perfectly clear. The guy who does maintenance is very good and knowledgeable. He has fixed many problems due to our aging pool system.
We have delt with a lot of pool companies over the past 28 years. Dennis Manning's team is very professional, and evaluate pool needs accurately and efficiently. They do not sell you products that you do not need-----and our pool has never looked so good. If you want to cut your pool operating expenses in half and have the clearest, sparkling water---then this is the team for you.
