This company was used to complete my life insurance physical (in Home physical). I can’t speak to the facility and I will say that making the appointment wasn’t the best (it took days for them to call back)...BUT when Ron came to complete my physical, he was AWESOME!! He was the nicest guy, so kind and caring! I do not handle getting my blood taken well but he was so good that I barely felt it at all. He spoke to my kids as if they were his own and I could tell he really enjoys his job. I’d definitely recommend!

Waited over 20 minutes without being called. No one else was waiting. The sign in sheet at the receptionist desk showed the person before me was 2 1/2 hours earlier. I ended up leaving as I was on my lunch hour. I was told there were printer problems. If that was the case, then let me know so I'm not sitting in a ghost town wondering why I'm wasting my time.

I wasn’t seen until 35 minutes after my appointment time and there was no one at the window to check with and no one else waiting. The person I did end up seeing was great, though. I got the feeling that I was kept waiting because someone else wasn’t doing their job. My husband has been trying to schedule an appointment with them and is not getting a call back. This is after he has already had an appointment with them for insurance screening, only to be told later that the paperwork was lost so they need to see him again. The test results made it through but it accompanying paper work. Are we impressed? NO!!!!!

I called and Made an appointment for 9am and got here a few minutes early. I signed in with no one at the reception window. I sat down to be called back. It is now 23 minutes later and I still have yet to see the receptionist. Why make an appointment when your not even checked in at a decent time.
