Flour City Estate Sales is the best estate sale company in Rochester, NY! Greg is a wonderful owner and conducts his business as transparently as possible. He has a great heart and gives everyone, including clients and customers, the best experience possible. He’s given struggling, mentally unstable people opportunities to have a career when no one else would hire them. I would not want to do business with anyone else besides Greg who is such an upstanding man!

Amazing! Flour City Estates Sales was a delight to work with in the sale of the entirety of the contents of my Pittsford Village home. Greg and his team were thorough, professional and got me the best dollar for my goods - above and beyond what I imagined! No detail left undone. I had a one day sale - and left in the morning and came back to an empty home and a pocketful of cash! Now that’s Impressive! 5 star ️ ️️️️ Service!!
In all due respect, there’s a right way of doing business and a wrong way. I understand the policy of no refunds, but when you buy something with the notion that the device operates effectively and it doesn’t, then that is voidable. I went back and kindly asked for a refund, and he chose not too (while I also corroborated that the cameras did not work from a local camera business who notarized). Furthermore, he told me the day before he got the two cameras from his friend for free, so he wasn’t losing any money over the transaction. Owning a small business is very competitive, something that I hold very closely to me, but you cannot take advantage of people, regardless of how cutthroat the industry is. I could never go to another one of their estate sales and trust that whatever I am buying is legitimate. If you do go, I would confirm that whatever you are purchasing works prior to leaving, regardless of whether they say it works or they say they think it works.
Greg and his team are amazing. Friendly staff and everyone was so helpful. These are my favorite estate sales!
I have been going to Flour City estate sales for awhile now. I’ve found so many unique and useful items for my home. Greg and his staff (especially Bob & Sharon) are always friendly, helpful & welcoming. The pricing is always fair. I’ve gotten many compliments on some of the pieces I’ve gotten at their sales. I’ve brought plenty of friends with me to various sales and they always leave happy and go again on their own.
