I always go to the Fairport Lab for my blood tests because of the staff and especially Todd. Todd is the most professional, friendly, and happy person one could ask for! I always request Todd, and for the last five years he has never disappointed me!

I'm the biggest baby when it comes to needles and blood draws but the gentleman who took my blood was amazing. I honestly did not know when he started or when he finished the draw. Very positive and professional job. Great place to go and very COVID conscience - going above and beyond to ensure cleanliness.

Worst place! Staff outside of main entrance are extremely rude! Waited almost 2 hours to have bloodwork drawn! Thought I was going to starve to death bc had to fast!

Waited 1.5 hour just to get blood work done. Very slow in processing. I was told my wait time was 25min-30min and there were 3 people ahead of me. But it ended up being 90min and more. The actual blood draw took 5mins. I was late for my work just because of this delay. Even considering COVID policy/restrictions 90 min wait time for blood draw is RIDICULOUS!

My regular lab closed and based on reviews of the two closest to me I chose Fairport's. It did not disappointment. They were testing a new check-in procedure to best accommodate everyone safely; something I appreciate. What I appreciated most is Todd's skill. Phlebotomists typically look at my lack of clear veins and grimace, not Todd. He was professional, kind, and quick. All three staff I interacted with that morning were great. Thanks to all.
