Just was at this auto sales shop looking to negotiate and spend almost 15k worth of tires when the boss walks in and yells at his employee to forget what he’s doing selling tires and tend to his customers.(ain’t I a customer?) The employee mark helping me was so kind respectful and almost closing the sale with me. Owner stated “ tough luck no tire sales today, while he closed the door. I’ll never go back to deal with his boss again. Terrible customer service from This owner selling you 40-60k worth of lifted trucks. To the owner, sell mark your business and go work for someone else! I’ll never buy a truck from you !!!

If I could give 0 stars I would, I had applied for a car right before thanksgiving and I was understanding about the banks being busy so I called back the week after. I called back in Monday and chris still said he hasn’t heard back from the bank, so I said I’ll just wait for his call. A week goes by and last night I get a text asking if they could send me over to this other bank and I said yes that’s fine, then I asked if it was for the 2008 Subaru wrx and he said that’s my next question, that sold over the weekend then he try’s selling be a 2012 wrx that is more then double the price if the one I originally wanted. I already drive a Subaru sti I only wanted the other one for a daily. Anyways these people are shady and horrible at customer service.
