We were very pleased with Heather and her time spent with us on selecting both carpet and vinyl flooring for our home. She was patient and made good suggestions as we came back several times and got different samples and she checked on their availability. She came to our home and did all the measurements, placed the order and scheduled the work crew. The installers, Pat and Caleb, were great to work with, very helpful and did an outstanding job. We LOVE the carpet and vinyl they installed. We felt very taken care of by Fairway Floors.

Very helpful easy to deal with staff. Great carpet. Install was great. Would be 5 stars, but there was a snafu with our scheduled install time. Thankfully it was fixed and still installed that day. Just a few hours later than scheduled.
