Great place to stay. I have had no problems. They are constantly updating and upgrading the community. When I call they always pick up and provide the assistance I need. Maintenance is quick and fast.

mold, roaches and rats everywhere including vending machines laundry never work lots of money lost in the machines they don't dry and never get serviced, they tow ur car on \accident\ often from your own parking spot, u only get one and ur guest have to walk a mile to get to ur building, manager in office is not or never will be helpful they need demolish this whole thing. car constantly get broken into. don't move here!!!

I move in a few months ago an I really love my unit lots of space Very clean friendly people no problem so far. An everyone in the office is so nice if I call to ask a question they are always there to answer.

I've been living for two years now at Fairways. The people at the office were always courteous whether over the phone or in person when I addressed an issue, and the the assistance came in timely manner. Also I would mention that the maintenance team are very polite. Beside the fact the neighborhood is quiet and until now I can call it safe, I welcome the parking lots renovation, I was silently complaining about that and finally they started last november. The discrepancies are minor and I wish they keep up the good job.
