I called several times today since 8:45a.m to inquire about the cost of creamation and left a message. They never got back to me.

We have utilized Faithful Pets on two different occasions and are very pleased with the the end results. It can be a very sad and difficult process to go through when you lose a pet, but they do a wonderful job. They have several options to offer and they are very reasonable. They seem to take a great deal of pride and care with your pet and we have been very pleased with the outcome, both times. I called beforehand and spoke with 2 different people that were very patient and helpful when it came time to begin planning. They gave me several options and never tried to push or sell anything outside of my requests. If this is something that you are considering for your pet in the future, I would recommend Faithful Pets.
We have used Faithful Pets for two of our animals, and they make the process as painless as possible. Making the call is the hardest part, but they are so kind and caring about managing the grief process.
Did a wonderful Job with our dog Hoagie ,not sure about our Cat. My husband called at 10 am ,again at 10:30 am,11 am and again at 11:30 am ,then called back left a message to return his call ,never returned call. here it is the weekend and they are closed and now it will be ,Maybe Monday ?.
