Where to start? Candle Shack in Falkirk have been nothing other than fantastic since we started using them as a supplier for our new candle business. We are so happy with the service we have received from them. Candle Shack on 2 occasions have prepared and handed us our order on the same day now, within a matter of hours. We are so impressed with them and everyone is so friendly. Shaunie at Candle Shack recommended the company to us and we are so, so happy that she did. Terrible service, do not reply to emails, have turned their phone off and switched it to a answer machine, and if u phone when they are closed, u get a happy christmas and a happy new year message. Terrible service, I have never experienced this from them before, they have always provided a good service, but now they have just give up. If the stock has run out and people have outstanding orders, simply let the customers know, don't just ignore them. Just rude, there are much better companies out there who will answer phones, and reply and send ordered items.

100 order completely wrong items sent .... and they wanted me to accept it.... i emailed them at first took them over 10 days to reply.... during last 5 days i rang everyday.... no answer.... I finally sent them back the package (signed for) they received it on 07/12 i emailed them then asking if they received it and to send my refund over. on the 11/12 i get email back saying we have not had anything delivered to our office.. can you please send over the tracking number .... What ? it clearly shows its signed for... i have also attached a piece of paper with my order number and me asking for a full refund... so they got this on the 07/12 read it and not gave me my refund.... RUDE DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY

TERRIBLE experience. First of all, the wax they have sent me was such poor quality that it would only melt around the wick, not to mention that it is the most expensive wax that they sell at the moment. Secondly, they haven't got back to me for a week, ignoring my emails and phone calls. When I finally got lucky enough that someone from their team picked up the phone - I've been told that there's nothing that they can do about it. I am shocked that this company hasn't been closed down yet.

AVOID - wish i leave zero stars. Placed an order 3 weeks ago. Never arrived. Couldn't get hold of anyone via phone, Facebook page blocked me when asked where my order was and in 3 weeks when I finally got a reply I was told twice that order had been dispatched. I've had to log a fraud complaint with my bank as contacting this so call company is terrible. First experience with them and definitely the last!

On multiple occasions orders have taken a long time to dispatch and/or had incorrect items within it. Trying to get a hold of the company is infuriating and difficult when you need a quick resolution. This is damaging to small businesses who work on tight margins and cannot afford weeks without products. The product quality is generally good but customer service is a let down.

Seems to be a shortage of Soy wax everywhere. Not here. Ordered on Saturday, turned up Monday. Excellent. Will use again
