Was out looking for carpets with 600 in pocket to spend and went to j&w carpets where had been before, we picked carpets etc and spoke to the assistant manager i believe. I felt the guy was really cheeky and unhelpful and wasnt really interested tbh. We ended up leaving and going elsewhere feeling disgusted , We decided to try donny carpets and our experience could not have been any better, we were greeted as we entered and asked if needed help, then we looked around and chose carpets and guy showed us a carpet that was on offer which we ended up buying and explained which type carpets best for us and got prices quick and bought 3 carpets and geting them fitted aswell all for around our budget, and left very happy and advised family members who were going to go to J&W the next day to go to donny instead for great quality carpet and great prices and service second to none, will definitely be back and highly recommend

Friendly guy however...outside was written \free underlay\ \free fitting\ with no asterix, no \subject to T&C\. quoted on their cheapest carpet but was told that 80 odd for fitting and pay 42 for the fitter. As soon as he told me that, I felt like I was being ripped. Went to JW carpets and I have a top quality carpet, fully fitted and for two thirds of the price!

Myself and my wife were impressed with Donnys carpets social distancing measures with lots of hand sanitizer and gloves available and measures across the shop with one way systems etc, Donny looked after us brilliantly and we got a great deal on what we were looking for, have used Donnys carpets for years and will continue to do so, I cant rate Donnys carpets highly enough.
