Our house has been badly flooded twice, causing major damage to our boiler, which is in an outhouse. Both times Franco of PF plumbing and heating has been an amazing help - he advised on and installed a new boiler for us last year and also managed to rescue and repair it for us in August this year, when water -damaged parts had to be replaced. He is a true professional, who knows his trade inside out and will go the extra mile to help you if he can. We've had to call on his help and advice a few times recently, during the renovation of our house - he's come along at the end of his working day to check things and refused to take any payment. Franco's customer service is fantastic and we would thoroughly recommend him to anyone needing a knowledgeable and reliable plumber.

Leaving our boiler in care of a major service provider came back to bite us when our heating system failed due to lack of proper care. With our son being in the vulnerable category and recovering from chemotherapy we were in dire need of hot water and heating. Franco from PF Heating immediately responded to our call and set us up temporarily with hot water until he could schedule in the install of the new boiler and tank. Where the major service provider washed their hands of our situation showing no empathy Franco completed the works in a 10 day turnaround despite having a heavy work schedule. Franco was extremely knowledgeable and his work was of a highly professional standard with care to the property during works which included covering the carpets and tidying behind him. I would have no hesitation in recommending him for anyone needing works done

My combi boiler was leaking water I called Franco at PF Plumbing Heating And Gas Services Ltd. Franco provided advice over the phone and arrived very quickly and fixed the issue and serviced the boiler as requested. Franco also provided advice on a few other questions I had. Overall an excellent job and cost less than expected. I would highly recommend Franco and I will definitely be using him again in the future.
