Went in on Sunday to but a gift voucher as a Xmas present had no problems had little time to wait as there were only two customers in front of me and the staff were very helpful and well mannered so very happy

Need to fire the acquisitions person, used to have quite edgy styles 8 years ago and unique jeans. Now everything is bland, basic and boring.

I love this shop! Situated in The Mall Falkirk. Has fantastic quality clothing and footwear from a range of top designers! Bit pricey but its the BEST clothing and will last a long time!

I thought I left my bank card in the card machine.... I phoned them told my story they asked some details and the staff were very helpful..... they told me at first I put it in my inside pocket and then had put it in my wallet... sure enough I looked and it was at the back of my wallet behind my other cards... cctv is the best... Falkirk USC thank you and the jacket fits well
