We have been here a couple of times and the staff could not be more friendly and accommodating. We booked our sons birthday there today and we were late because of traffic. Anywhere else we would have lost our first session but they were brilliant and moved things around so the kids didn't miss anything. Great activity, kids love it and it's made even better by the fantastic attitude of the staff.

I took my wife and two hyperactive children for a game of laser tag recently. I must say, The staff couldn’t have been any nicer as they warmly welcomed us and assured us about how much fun we’d all have! Everything was handled well and the kids were always under control while still having a ball! The expectation met reality and now both of my wee ones want their birthday party here....this is a great place that I didn’t know about until we collided at the Helix’s Big Picnic event, that was a nice taster of what the experience is. 10/10
