Their responsiveness to emails and phone calls was great, and our main point of contact was one of the head people in charge (Dale). On top of being very professional and trust-worthy, they were a true joy to work with. Dale, Chelsea, Larry, and everyone else along the way were all amazing! Fall Creek homes is dedicated to quality and doing things the right way. Tastefully decorated homes and a smaller crew so there is more personal attention to detail.
My husband and I were transferred from Ohio to Fort Wayne. We went through a Fall Creek home and we loved it. We met Dale Koler and Chelsea Sittler and they were the greatest. Chelsea helped me pick out my colors and my designs inside and out! She is fantastic and Dale is great to work with. If I emailed or had a question about anything they responded immediately. If I needed to change something in the house there wasn’t a problem at all. I would highly recommend Fall Creek Builders to anyone who is thinking about building!!!!
