Pat is very professional but also can pin point what exactly is going to happen. His knowledge of Workers compensation case law is 2nd to none. I Definitely got what I wanted plus some. Kathy is terrific as she is always by the phone to answer questions in depth. Mandy is also wonderful to speak to. Also knowledgeable. Just settled my case last week and got more than expected.
