This place is great. I’ve seen an iPhone repaired here that works like new to this day. Decided to get my tablet done here. Even with dented frames it was done right. They do iPads, iPhones and even my Apple Watch! Trust worthy. Give this place space to work and the customer will be taken care of. You won’t find this kind of customer commitment elsewhere.

My PlayStation 4 was experiencing very bad lag, I looked on google for my local repair store and I stumbled upon CPR Falls Church. I dropped my ps4 off and a couple hours later they called me and said it was ready. It has been working as good as when I first bought it. Very reasonable price and extraordinary customer service. 10/10 would recommend for any type of repair.

One morning my phone inexplicably wouldn't turn on. Huge issue because the phone contains a soft key-code that allows me to access my employer's servers remotely to work from home...no phone means I can't work...not to mention my calls, texts, social media, music, and to do lists that I use everyday. Verizon said they wouldn't fix it because I didnt buy their insurance and the phone was purchased over a year ago. U Break I fix refused to help because (according to them) the parts for my phone a hard to find so they wouldn't even schedule an appointment to see what the problem could be. I contacted CPR on a whim and they said to bring it in. Initially, I spoke with Adonis who was very understanding of my situation and he communicated clearly what they would do to help. He even reduced their normal turn around for diagnostics down to an hour to accommodate me. He treated me well and I felt that I was in good hands. Just as promised, I got a call from Joseph in about an hour to tell me they were able to get the phone started....Hallelujah! He explained that he would inspect the phone for issues and run some tests to determine the cause. then call me back. Another hour or so went by and Joseph called to say the phone is ready. When I arrived a while later, only Adonis was present and he promptly handed over the phone which was running as good as new. As I was completing the transaction, Joseph was kind enough to call to store to speak to me and explain all that he had done. He provided his opinion on what happened and some advice on how to avoid it in the future which was well received. I couldn't be happier with these guys. My phone was fixed in a few hours for a VERY reasonable price. They could have refused service like the other companies but they didn't. They could have charged a ridiculous price but they didn't. They were kind, transparent, and informative which is more than I could have asked for. 10 THOUSAND STARS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!...and an A

If you need a phone or tablet repair, give CPR a chance, they won't disappoint! CPR took on a difficult job of replacing a Micro USB power port in a Samsung tablet. I know it was a difficult job, because I researched the repair on YouTube and saw how much work it was. CPR not only did an excellent job, but did it at a very reasonable cost. The repair was done over 6 weeks ago and I've waited this long to ensure that the repair held up. The repair has held up without a problem, and CPR deserves a excellent review. Lastly, and importantly, Joseph at CPR remained in contact to let me know how the repair was going and whatever difficulties he encountered. I experienced this as dedication to making the repair work and good customer service.
