I have had storage services with this place for over 5 years and ive seen managers come and go. Im very happy to see that the lady incharge now i think her name is ashley is very attentive and always trying to help on any needs or questions ive had. This palce used to be a dunmp of trash before with the prior manager but since this lady is there place looks 5stars. Service also 5stars. Thanks for keeping my belongings safe and our path clean.

Outstanding service and support from the team at Extra Space in Falls Church, VA. Dave and Jay are amazing! Very knowledgeable, friendly, responsive and went above and beyond to help me and my family with our storage needs. I was able to transfer all my belongings from my Pod to my unit seamlessly.

The team at Extra Space Storage at Falls Church is superb. Personable, professional, and all extremely considerate and helpful. Jay is amazing and first spoke with him over the phone, he remembered me when I came in person and patiently walked me through all the steps with my ton of questions as a first timer. David, the manager, was super helpful and gave me wonderful tips on the right way to store my belongings, and how to successfully make the most out of my experience storing. Dilsa who helped me with a second unit went above and beyond as well with more tips and she has a great personality, they all do. All very professional but as a caveat honestly enjoyable to work with. I highly recommend this location with their outstanding team’s customer service.
