Horrible Service, Terrible food....... We were there for my Daughter's Birthday dinner. Took them hour and a half to bring the food (COLD) which probably got overlooked before the server brought it over. It was a dinner for 5, she brought the food for only 3 people (freaking so small portions for an ugly high price) Excluding the birthday girl. Who had to wait for another 10 minutes for her order to be on the table. Everything the server served was cold, Chicken on wooden stick was burnt and cold with no flavor what so ever. She never came back on the table to ask if we needed anything else. Not enough bread or sauces was served with orders. While waiting for our food again for miserable over an hour one thing I did notice that they kept taking the food trays outside the door. Which later on appeared that they were using the same kitchen to serve next door restaurant. Neglecting and ignoring their own customers. Not to mention the place was literally empty, there were hardly 3 tables occupied out of probably 16. Top on everything else went wrong with our experience they even had the nerve to charge the Gratuity. Definitely they're not going to have my business any further. I hope this catches the owner attention and they would try to better the process at their end.

The Fanciest Palestinian Restaurant in the DMV area. It feels like home and their service is beyond expectations. The team welcomes you with a huge smile and a welcoming vibe. They urge into assisting their customers and find the best options for them. They host parties and large dinner gatherings at their place. The capacity is 147 persons which is convenient enough for your special occasions. You may reserve the whole restaurant if needed. Their menu is full of delicious options and their prices are excellent. They cater and fulfill your last minute feasts. Everyone in this area MUST visit this restaurant!

If you are a fan of Middle Eastern cuisine, this is THE restaurant to go to in Northern VA. It is conveniently located in Falls Church on Rt. 7, right past Bailey's Crossroads. First and foremost given the local 2020 COVID circumstances, we felt very safe and comfortable. It is beautifully decorated without being \overdone.\ The staff is attentive and professional. Now to the best part - THE FOOD ! We have had several items on the menu, from appetizers (hot and cold) to beautifully prepared and presented entrees -- all fresh ingredients, tasty, and large portions. There is a wide variety of mouth-watering choices of beef, chicken, lamb, and vegetarian Middle Eastern delights. If you have room, there are fresh, homemade Middle Eastern pastries to enjoy. You will leave full with a smile on your face. Prices are very reasonable. We have been a fan of Jerusalem for several years and love the new restaurant and new location. YOU WILL NOT GO WRONG !!
