They will rob you. I bought clothes online, and they didn’t fit my child. Exchanged them at this store (remember the fitting rooms are closed due to covid) and those didn’t fit. I lost the receipt, so I went to exchange them again (not get my money back, just store credit so I can try again to get the right size jeans) and they won’t. So now I have 125 worth of jeans, tags still on them, that I can’t use because they won’t exchange them. Store manager refused to help and acted like he couldn’t care less.

I love the style that Old Navy provide. This store is very clean and neat. I like to go there. All associates are very friendly and polite. They helped me today with my return products that did not fit well.
