DO NOT EVER CALL THIS COMPANY FOR ANY WORK!!! Upon reviewing my deceased father-in-law's HVAC records, a senior citizen at the time and a minority, these unprincipled, unethical, immoral and prejudiced pure fetid human garbage technicians charged him half a day of labor and triple the amount for an ac coil that was still covered fully for 2 more years under the manufacturer's warranty.

Technician missed four scheduled appointments. I did not receive notification the technician would not be coming. Customer service would not comment on schedule until the after the service window ended. By the time a technician finally came for repairs, the warranty had expired and I lost replacement benefits. Repairs were finished two months after I requested service. I’ve taken off six days for this repair. Lost wages would have more than covered a brand new appliance.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. Repairman was 2 hours late for his appointment window. Then he couldn’t even look at the washing machine because it was stacked. Apparently they are supposed to ask when the call is set up but didn’t. Then he gave me a reschedule time in a week. Turns out that was a lie. The reschedule was two weeks out. Neither customer support or the call center could do anything about it. Go elsewhere.

Signed up for warranty service after being told initial service call (scheduled for following day) would be covered. When tech arrived he stated the repair was not covered. Confirmed with Sears that warranty service does not go into effect until 30 days after. Initial representative was either misinformed or deceptive. Cancelled warranty and got refund. Avoid this trap!
