Nirvana, I found it! A car doctor that actually fixes problems. Check engine light came on my 1995 Oldsmobile, I had taken the car to 5 other car repair establishment places. None of them "solved the problem. The Car Doctor did and he explained why the Check Engine light came on in the first place in a manner in which I could understand and explain to my wife, who now knew everything about OBD-1 and car diagnostics due to hours watching YouTube. So when Matt at Car Doctor used the exact same terms she had heard on YouTube she understood what the problem was and what it was going to take to fix it. Matt and his team were thorough, professional and extremely detail oriented. They know cars, they know people and that combination makes for a great business. If I could give "10 stars" I would. Strongly recommend Car Doctor for anything that ails your car.

The Car Doctor staff are FANTASTIC! Matt was SO thoughtful and considerate. He listened to my needs -- budgetary, travel plans, outlook -- came up with a series of options, and helped me find the best course of action for me. The Car Doctor offers a 55-point check for free, and then Matt helps develop a plan for doing repairs over time, prioritizing, offering zero-percent financing to pay it off, and more. Arianne at the front desk is equally friendly and professional - welcoming, detail-oriented, and with great follow through.They are focused on customizing service, future planning, and doing high quality and efficient work. It's a total pleasure working with them!
I recently brought in my 20 yr old Civic, not knowing if I would ever drive it again... Matt, Arianne, & the technicians who took on this laborious project were amazing! My beloved car runs like new. They basically rebuilt the engine, replaced wheels, brake, & fuel lines & even went way out of their way (Ohio) to replace a dented fender & detailed my car! All for more than a fair price considering the work and care they put into it. I have been taking my car there for 5 years & highly recommended The Car Doctor for their all around approach and top notch quality service!!
I was impressed with the attention the staff provided to my 1984 Nissan 300ZX. You will not be disappointed bringing your car here. I don’t know if Matt Bolton is the owner but he sure understood what my car needed. I am the only owner of the 300ZX and after 36 years of ownership i found a place to trust with maintenance. Maybe the fact they use BG products which i like in my car convinced me to give them a try. Glad i did.

I’m generally skeptical of auto repair facilities, as my experiences over more than four decades of owning vehicles precipitates such. HOWEVER, my experience with Car Doctor in Falls Church was definitely a very positive WOW!!! The team is Honest, which sadly seems to be rare across all service industries. Do business with integrity , and professionalism. Helpful, and sincere. They are also a cost effective solution, as they give you a comprehensive report UP FRONT!
