Every time I have joined this wonderful bunch practicing this peaceful art of defense, I have come out totally relaxed. My technique and temperament have greatly improved. The more you improve the more you realize what you need to improve upon, as goes the saying the quieter you become the more you are able to hear. Can't wait to join them on the mat again!
