I currently work here. I enjoy working here. Great hours. I enjoy the atmosphere the most. This job is not stressful at all. I would recommend anyone working here. If you have a mindset to work. Falmat is the company for you. Not sure if anyone will read this but I would encourage you to not listen to negative feedback. Give the company a chance for yourself.

Family owened and operated. Great place to work , great benifets. Falmat Inc. Stands with their quality and secure delivery of all their cable products. If any questions or concerns ensue, Management works diligently to address and take care of any issue/s or concern/s our costumers might have in question.
This company doesn’t stand behind their product. I sent them a sample of a cable to make for me. It took months and when I received it it was wrong. I contacted them and they responded by admitting it was done incorrectly and that they would build a new one for an additional 2,000.00. I told them you made the mistake you should replace the one that was done incorrectly. Months went by and I was emailed my new cable I ordered was ready for 2,0000.00. I contacted them and told them I never ordered the cable and asked for a copy of my order. They sent me a copy of an order form that says verbal order on it. Beware doing biz with this company.
A decent place to work. People are friendly and the work is tolerable.
