Dinner was fantastic. We got in and seated right away. Our waitress Ms. Sandra was great. The whole ambiance was nice. We really enjoyed our visit.

Great dinner. Server, Pat, was totally on game. Very attentive and helpful. Big portions. Free icecream sandwiches for the kids. Prime rib was a bit uncooked but came back better. Floor was a bit slippery for some reason, perhaps from the bathroom.
I am trying to be patient during these trying times but 3rd time ordering 2 prime rib dinners and after lengthy wait time at pick up, all 3 times only one dinner had horse radish and all 3 times dessert wasn’t included. Last night called and was told manager would call me back and offer refund. No phone call of course-last time ordering there. Quarterdeck is much better!

Ever go to a relative's house but know you need to eat first? This was perfect. Got a healthy meal curbside and was set for the day. Just set the time you arrive and they will bring it right out. Salad was fresh and the chicken fajita bowl was delicious. First time I used the curbside meal drop off and they were there within 2 minutes of our arrival time. No need to take the kids out but skipped an unhealthy fast food meal.
Would have like to have seen better separation of tables . All customers were bunched up in a corner of the restaurant. To get the free kids meal you now have to belong to a different email then the one I always belong too and was unable to get it. Disappointed
Second time in a couple months I have had to send food back for being raw...not even close to what I asked for. Today it happened again and the table next to me send tenders back for being raw CHICKEN TENDERS!!! The server was an absolute sweet heart who I tipped generously but management needs to do something about it im not the only one talking about this issue. Does grill staff not have thermometers? Unfortunately my family and I will not be returning again.
Never heard of this restaurant chain before. Gave it a whirl today. Staff was nice...food was gross. Probably won't eat here again. The food is literally microwave grade garbage. May as well went to grocer freezer and picked out my own meal for a fraction of the price.
