We were wearing face masks (as required by law) but our driver, although not required by law, wouldn't wear one when we asked him to. We politely refused to travel with this driver. When we phoned taxi company they said it was up to individual drivers to decide whether to wear a mask or not. Doesn't the customer in this COVID-19 environment, have a say...or is Customer Service just a marketing phrase for Abacus? SUBSEQUENTLY RECEIVED A VERY PROMPT & COURTEOUS APOLOGY FROM ABACUS'S BOSS TOGETHER WITH A REASSURANCE THAT THIS WAS A ONE OFF INCIDENT AND THAT TOUGHER PREVENTATIVE MEASURES WERE IN PLACE. VERY HAPPY TO USE ABACUS IN THE FUTURE.
