The doctors are nice enough, but they are absolutely awful at managing prescriptions. Sometimes we phone ahead, but they don't seem to know whether they have the medicine or not. We also seem to always get the blame when it's not there (lol!) Although it usually is there, they just can't find it. Someone needs to organise this service better because it is incredibly frustrating.
