Food is great but long wait really kills the experience

Great location very easy access with a drive through window. Very clean bathrooms. Not too busy during my visit the lady behind the counter was very friendly and quick taking my order. I ordered the steak power menu bowl instead I got the chicken I like both so I had no problem enjoying the meal. I told the lady it was good and left very satisfied. I will eat here again anytime. Very good service.
I went to taco bell today, I did my order on the kiosk at 1:06pm. I waited over 20 mins patiently (I understand because I work at a fast food place) while everyone else who came in and drive thru got their orders first. They had 8 employees and Still got my order last. I order nachos fries they barely put any FRIES on all three orders. Never coming here again.
ordered a 5 layer nacho fries box, they gave me a bean burrito with nothing else in it, ordered a sweet tea, got a non-sweet tea, its not rocket science y'all
