Although I didn't find a property with Trelawny Lettings Dept, I am giving them 5 Stars for niceness and the personal touch. They genuinely care, especially needed during this Pandemic. So I highly recommend them, thank you Lorraine!

This is a very good agency. We were greeted by a member of staff on our first day to make sure we were settled. We have continued to engage with the letting team over normal matters to do with the rental and have always received a courteous and helpful responses. We eventually bought the house that we were renting. Trelawny Lettings were in the loop and couldn't have been more helpful. I only have good things to say about everyone to whom we spoke.
I rented out my property with Trelawny and I have been extremely impressed with their service and attention to detail. From finding a tenant to the moving in process, inventory , property inspections and repairs I have been very impressed. Having run my own letting agency in Berkshire before I relocated to Cornwall I know what standards I provided in my business and what I expect in return as a client. Trelawny have not only met my expectations ,they have exceeded them ! I know how difficult it can be to chose a letting agency when deciding to rent out your property, as at the time of having the letting agents agents visit to give you a market appraisal , none of them really have a USP (unique selling point) it seems and you tend to go with your gut feeling about which company you feel the most comfortable with, but I can whole heartedly recommend Trelawny and their staff and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. My tenants have also echoed my views and they are extremely pleased with how professional and quick to respond Trelawny have been.
Trelawny Letting Agency have been professional, supportive and reactive during the last 4 years of our tenancy with them. Nothing was ever too much trouble and any issues were always sorted in a timely and professional manner. We would highly recommended being a tenant under this agency. Wouldn't accept mature student even with ability to pay 6 months ahead. Not after wasting time attending viewings etc. Need to be clear in ads and clear when discussing over the phone. Really easy process to get right.
Trelawney Lettings was recommended to me when I had to rent out our house, it was god advice. Very good service from Trelawney Sales and Lettings over 9 years. Prompt responses to any questions. Regular house inspections and they were very quick to put new tenants into the house. Reasonable charges and sound advice. The property was subsequently sold through Trelawney and I was very pleased with their work. I strongly recommend Trelawney Sales and Lettings to any prospective Landlord
