I have been a patient at this surgery for over 6 years and feel very lucky indeed. I have always received timely, responsive and professional care. I think that the GP call back system is a real plus and has afforded me several same day appointments when I really needed them. Thank you for achieving what is increasingly rare in the healthcare system, Patient Centred Care.
Hi when this is all over cant wait to move the male who answers phone rude when he picks phone up I hang up and ring again so I dont have to talk to him I also think the virus came at good time for these docs as yesterday I had call back I am a shield person the doc asked me to take picture of my ear I said I cant upload on computer so then she said wait till my doc is back then by which time my ear might drop of what a joke they r
Male receptionist was rude and critical, left me waiting silently after asking a question, hung up abruptly after talking to me over the phone. However, doctors seem professional and polite.
Appointment booking system specifically designed to put patients in a long queue and jam the lines at 8AM Staff inform me - 'it works very well for them' I'm sure it does most people never get through.
