Brilliant friendly service. I'd bought a hat elsewhere that I subsequently had doubts about. The lady looked at it and offered to make changes to it, however I knew the hat was too big and didn't sit properly on my head. I opted to try on some other hats the lady suggested that she felt were more suited to me, my hairstyle and my outfit and fitted properly. I was under no pressure to buy, but was so pleased with one of them that I bought it. The lady also gave me tips on where and when to try to sell my original hat. Just wish I'd gone there first!

The delightful lady gave me lots of help and welcome advice when I went in to buy a fascinater today. She even added extra feathers to make it special for my outfit. Excellent service, thank you so much.
