Great garage! My other half had his car towed to Xpress when the battery and electronic system failed. The garage was extremely busy, but the staff endeavoured to get the car assessed asap, despite Christmas and New Year closures. A courtesy car was issued with no problems as he would be without a car for at least a week. Once the car was assessed, it was explained that they couldn't fix the car as it was more of a specialist problem. Although the car was not fixed, he was not charged at all (even for the courtesy car!) it was very much appreciated. I value this garages honesty. Communication was great and staff are very trustworthy. Highly recommend to others, will definitely use in the future. Especially for yearly MOT's.

After waiting for over 4.5 hours for the RAC to show up I cancelled the rescue request and phoned Xpress. He arrived within an hour and delivered my van to my local garage safely and efficiently. Obviously it would have been nice to receive this service for free as I have RAC cover but I can’t fault the service from Xpress. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

After a very traumatic day (braking down on the A30 on the day of moving from Kent to Cornwall) I was towed by the excellent RAC staff to Xpress garage near Falmouth. As it turns out my clutch slave cylinder had decided to give up the ghost and it wouldn't be a quick fix. The garage employees very kindly supplied me with a courtesy car (free of charge) whilst my car was under repair with them. They kept in contact with me throughout the period my car was assessed to inform me of progress and costs so I wasn't surprised with any hidden bills and despite being very busy the team were very friendly and helpful. I was so impressed by their services that I will definitely go back to them in the future. Thank you all at Xpress for your help and reasonable costs.

First class service again from Xpress. With my renewed loyalty I was able to save money on my MOT, parts and labour. Excellent communication throughout, and the use of one of their free courtesy cars was a definite bonus. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else.
