Went in for a manicure. The photos I've posted is what I left with. Flooded cuticles and uneven application. The lady used a clear nail strengthener as a base and top coat instead of a proper base and top coat. Will never be back here. To make matters worse, I used a way spa gift card and instead of giving me the balance on the card, they tied me up and gave me a credit that ties me down to this salon. As of I'd ever be back here. I ended up picking up an Aveda conditioner that looks as if it's been sitting on the shelf for 10years just so I wouldn't have a balance here. Stay away from this salon and way spa, total waste

I had a wonderful experience with Saria and her assistant (sorry I forgot her name). They were both SO sweet, professional, and attentive. A very different experience from the previous one (TonyC Studio in Thornhill). J from TonyC studio not only ruined my hair but my self esteem as well. She left my hair darker than what I went in with, choppy, uneven, and swamp green in some sections. I have a more detailed review there but to sum it up I was in tears during and after my hair session with J. I was asked “Why are you crying!? It’s just hair!” However it’s not just hair it’s also part of your confidence and self esteem and Saria knows this. J broke my confidence but luckily Saria fixed it. She fixed all of the mistakes and everything I was unhappy with and gave me back my confidence. I’m so grateful because I thought I would be stuck with my previous hair but instead I left the salon swinging my hair around with a huge smile on my face. I kept looking at all the mirrors I walked by and couldn’t wipe the smile off my face. I can’t thank Saria and praise her enough. She’s truly the best there is and worth every dollar. Priceless, really. Thank you so much to Saria and I’m looking forward to my next appointment. ) xx I’ve attached two pictures one of J’s work and one of Saria’s. Yup! She fixed that!!

I love going to Fame to get my hair done and nails done. The staff knows exactly what they're doing and are super friendly. This shop has such a relaxing environment and I absolutely love my results every time I go (and I have difficult hair to work with). I will never go to another hair salon again. Highly recommend!

Fame International is a great established. I have been coming here for many years and have never been disappointed. I have been getting laser done with Sheila for the past two years. She has given me the best results I have ever seen. She treats all her clients as if they were close friends of hers. I would be surprised if anyone had a bad experience with her. She is very accommodating and tries her best to make her clients feel comfortable. At Fame they have great prices, friendly staff and customers are always leaving happy. Along with laser, I've gotten highlights, manicures and pedicures, makeup and my hair done for events. I'm always impressed, and will continue to come back, as well as recommend it to anyone who is looking to be pampered. THANKS FAME INTERNATIONAL!!
