Horrible! First, the receptionist is rude. His response to \thank you\ is \mmhmm\. His tone changes dramatically when talking to a female vs talking to a male (my husband and myself) They say they won't judge you but they are super sexist and rude. Second, the music...omg the music in the waiting room is 1990's feminist pop! (No wonder the receptionist is grumpy) It's torture. Finally, the assessors; you see them writing notes while you talk but when they ask questions, it's like they weren't listening to a thing I said. I had to repeat myself constantly. She never did get back to me about what groups are offered or advised either. \The board\ never responds to emails or voicemails. They charge for everything yet nothing is refundable. I'm so glad our case was thrown out and we don't have to deal with this ridiculous \business\ anymore!

The majority of the employees are power happy and rude. They look for reasons to kick you out. They just sat there and searched my purse for about 5 mins straight like I have something to hide. They picked up and tampon and was examining it like I had something stashed in it! Also the other day I was approved for an over night pass to go spend time with my daughter, it was approved 3days in advance and that morning when I asked if I was still ok to go they told me nope you cant. I told them I had had it approved and they happily took joy in telling me nope you didn't do it right and that it wasn't going to happen. Then later that day I find out that I \took off before they could talk to me about it\ They were having too much fun crushing my heart to let me know it was still a possibility. Atleast half of the workers are heartless I don't know why they would take a job helping people I'm assuming it's for the position of power.

The house director is racist rude idk why she is there I was there in the past she stats to Victims of domestic voilence that this isn't a motel , a vacation making it worse on victim but yet her attitude is verbal, mentally unstable herself I made several complaint to main person but got nothing in return even meeting with her face to face , she denial me I was getting away from my area because of my abuser , they are to demanding and not sensitive to those seeking help , but this where I don't want nobody to go to they have harsh attitude all favoritism there with clients , the house director stated I had to many stuff to but kept my stuff in suitcase to she was always on me triggering things from abuse when I was little to , I think peer support advocate there would be suitable not the ones never been through this nor trying to get on our feet I left quickly to I don't like this pl
