We were greeted at the door upon arrival. Their COVID 19 protocol kicked in immediately. We were so thankful for that. There was no waiting and my exams began. Our fears about even keeping the appointment were relieved throughout the session and we left assured that everything was done for our protection and checking on our eye health.

They are also so helpful to find you the best cost for your needs, whether it is a rebate or an item (glasses/contacts) within your budget they are there to help. Lori at the Bonner location is absolutely the VERY VERY BEST!! She is so knowledgeable & her customer service is off the charts!! Thank you for your amazing service!!

I have gone to Family Eye Center for almost 10 years. This is my first time for the Bonner Springs office and it was just as amazing. They have great practices in place for COVID 19 safety. Staff is very friendly and so helpful in picking out my glasses with me. I love how they already know what my insurance will cover so that the whole process is smooth.
