Our dishwasher suddenly stopped working without any warning. I asked friends for a local repair company and I was referred to Family First. This was on a Thursday or Friday. They were able to come out the next Monday and gave me a 4-Hour window in which they would arrive. They called earlier in the day and asked if they could come early. We were thrilled to say yes. They were very professional and courteous. They repaired the wiring, and stayed while we ran a cycle. This came at a very reasonable price! Definitely would refer them and will use them again

We've used Family First Appliance Repair on multiple occasions. On each occasion, we have found the Family workmen to be professional, competent, affable and knowledgeable. Each experience has been spectacular from start to finish. They send notifications confirming the appointment and that day, a notice of a pending arrival time. They ordered the replacement part and returned promptly to install with their safety masks in place. No fuss. No excuses. Our microwave started up and they left the kitchen as it was. Lastly, the repair expense was reasonable, deferring the effort and high expense to buy new prematurely. They provide a great service at a great value. We'll call them again and again. -Seth A. S.

I had a dryer that wouldn't blow hot air. Ed and Mason came out to fix. The dryer was not properly vented when originally installed by Home Depot. There was evidence that the dryer caught fire due to it not being vented properly! they showed me the lint that caught fire! My entire house could have burned down.. They cleaned dryer- it looks like new, they replaced damaged parts and cleaned the lint from inside dryer vent.. if you own a dryer....suggestion- schedule an appointment with Family First Appliance Repair at least annually clean dryer vents once or twice a year..depending on usage..This may help prevent blockage and a fire! the dryer is a cause of many house fires! Family First Appliance Repair is professional, they were on time, neat and very nice! ( I called them a few years ago when my refrigerator stopped working and was extremely impressed then too) I highly recommend!!! Trish Walsh

First I would like to apologize for not leaving this review in June when I contacted you company. I have a service agreement through Sears and they were supposed to have contacted your company to check on my LG washer and dryer. After no one came out the first appointment I was given by Sears, I called your company directly and discovered Sears had not even contacted you. I'm so happy I called you for service because you were so courteous and responsive. A new appointment was set up and everything went smoothly after that and I was very satisfied with the service.
