I'm so happy I reached out to Family First Home Companions. Home healthcare was uncharted territory and a bit scary, but the kindness and professionalism I received right from the first phone call made all the difference. Thank you Ellen and Jennifer for helping me through this time and being there to answer all my questions and for really caring. Thank you to our companions, Jackie and Guerda, for being so kind and taking good care of my mom!! I would highly recommend FFHC.

These people are rude and unprofessional. I tried working with them, they led me on, made me loose hours off my job for their training, took down all my information and never got back to me. I called several times and each time they would say that they would get back to me but never do. They are a complete waste of time. Especially the one called Herma, she sounds like she is doing you are huge favor and is very condescending. If there was a zero star, I would totally give them.

I was very pleased with the care provided by Families First. I contracted them to have a companion visit with my father in a local nursing nome, as I live out of state. The service implemented a good, qualified fit quickly. I found the companion, (Loreather), to be very caring and supportive of my father's needs. She reported out to me regularly with the appropriate detail and was a great advocate for my father at the nursing facility. It was a great comfort and relief to have a trustworthy service like Families First on-site with my father in his final weeks when I could not be there in person. I recommend them without reservation.

I worked with Family First Home Companions to set up help for my Parents. My Mom is the caregiver and Dad has Dementia. I met with Alyssa and she drove out and met with us right away at my Parent's house as I was in from out of town on a tight schedule. Alyssa was wonderful in explaining the services and helping my Mom through this difficult time. My Dad is thrilled with his \Personal Assistant\ Jackie who visits for 4 hours per shift. Dad looks forward to her visits and tells her stories of his youth. Mom told me it was clear Jackie was not only a great person but well trained in caring for Dementia patients. First family Companions will sit and visit with Patients but also do dishes, laundry, change bedding, run errands, help take Dad to the Doctor. I am about 300 miles away, So I feel much more at ease having someone there on a regular schedule to help both my parents. Alyssa and Jackie have been great and followed up with me to keep me in the loop. I recommend Family First home Companions!
