I love️ Family First Wellness! As a 71 year old, I have had some health issues this year and Dr. Fredricks and Dr. Haskell have been so kind and compassionate in working with me. Dr. Fredricks uses a unique technique to keep your body in balance. She has helped my shoulder, ankle, spine and even my ear issue. Dr. Haskell is trained in biofeedback, and I am amazed at how much better I am feeling after a series of sessions. My sleep patterns, energy and digestive issues are improving! I cannot say enough about Dr. Kelly Fredricks and her staff. They are pleasant, courteous, caring and so helpful. As for my treatment, it was phenomenal! I had been in pain since October of last year. Not only muscle tension, but sciatic nerve pain in both legs. I did not have full range of motion on my right leg and was forced to get up repeatedly during the day as sitting would become intolerable and after standing for I while, that hurt also. I tried massage, heat, and rest but the problem persisted. After my first treatment with the cold laser I IMMEDIATELY felt relief from the muscle tension. The following day was even better. I recently had my third treatment in two weeks. I am sleeping better and I am able to work more efficiently without being in horrendous pain. There is still more work to be done, but I know I have found the place to get it done. Thank you all so much, see you on my next visit!

He has always gone above and beyond in his level of care and he has always been there for us through countless illnesses and injuries. Dr. Haskel has been a true blessing for my family. He cares deeply for his patients and I couldn’t think of anyone better to entrust my family’s wellness to.
