Amazing service and awesome people. Our family has bought over 10 vehicles from Family Motors since the early 2000s. Honest and reliable are a hallmark for this company. We keep promoting them to anyone who says they are looking for a good reliable vehicle at an amazing price. Quick story: one vehicle we had bought had an accident that totaled it. The amount we were given by insurance was more than what we paid Family Motors for it!

In both experiences I noticed a few smaller issues that were overlooked before purchasing and upon finding them I called to speak to them and apologized for missing the details that look to need repairs and in both instances they assured me they would take care of them and true to their word I brought the vehicle back and they had me in and out without complaints & in gracious spirits! We bought a truck from Tyler and Kyle yesterday and they were so friendly. The whole experience was relaxed yet professional. There was 0 pressure on us as we tried out a few vehicles. After going to a few big dealerships earlier that day, it was clear that Family Motors had it together; they had great pricing, inventory and the service was exceptional. I highly reccomend them. I would totally buy from them again.

Was in there a few days ago looking to trade my suv for a pickup. Salesman showed me 3 trucks that should be going to the wrecker. Salesman said buyers for the US coming in and paying full retail. Im sorry for trying to support local business when they don't support local buyers . I supported you folks before. Ended up buying a truck from another dealership. Enjoy rolling in the full retail guys I will not ever be back.

We went in with a specific budget and our salesman respected that and was not high pressure at all. All the vehicles are in good condition, certified and come with waranty. Great service.Thanks Sheldon! We returned to Family Motors a few months after our initial car purchase and Sheldon found us the perfect truck! As returning customers they gave us a free tune up on the car we bought from them (which still has no issues) and applied a generous discount on the new truck. I love the truck and appreciate the quality of customer service. Big thanks again!
